Hey John, I am not sure why I am only hearing about your dissatisfaction Now when we were out at the end of June? All our work is guaranteed in writing and I would have been happy to come out at no charge and fix any concerns you had but 4 months later doesn't leave me many options! Feel free to give me a call!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we always start with our Maintenance Cleaning price which includes pre treating spots and spills which is $69.95 for 2 rooms & a hall up to 350 Square Feet and $2.50 per step $5.00 per landing and then our 5 area package is $119.95 up to 850 Square feet steps and landings same as above. We do charge $5.00 more per area for berber & wool! If you have more areas to do we only charge $25.00 per area over the normal package rates! we have NO!! Hidden fees like environmental or gas fees and we DON'T charge a Trip fee! We do have optional services that do cost extra depending on the conditions of the carpet we encounter including Teflon/ Scotch guard, residue rinse for hi alkaline removal from improperly cleaned carpets, Ink, Gum ,Tar , Wax , Paint and Red Juice, Wine and more ! But 90% of the carpets we clean come out great with our Full service Maintenance Cleanings !!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The customer would call to schedule an appointment we come out to do the maintenance cleaning but before we start we do a detailed pre cleaning inspection and address any concerns if any with our customer and make any recommendations we feel would maximize the results our customers expect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been certified as an IICRC Master Technician and continue on going yearly industry current practices threw our industry standard of practice the Institution of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification required by all our staff
