- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for a new customer, I like to be very personable. I understand that the world we live in today is full of negativity, so I like to be a little bit of the positive that shines through! For most jobs, they will be done in a couple hours, maybe a full day maximum. But for the bigger jobs that can potentially take multiple days to complete, I aim to show my customer I am a hard working person that goes above and beyond to make my customers happy, and that I am a trustworthy person, and can be trusted working in/on/around their home without them being there.
