Unfortunately, I was not pleased with this service at all. I ordered a move out clean but that is not what I got. There was still surface dirt on the walls, baseboards, inside of drawers, and the microwave. There was even toothpaste residue on one of the sink handles and a cob web in a corner. I paid extra to have the stove/oven cleaned and there was still grease and residue on the stove top and knobs. We had to go around the house and clean up all of the areas they missed. Because we had already moved out, I didn't have any cleaning supplies, so I had to do it with just a wet rag. Even with just the wet rag, the surface dirt came right off, which let's me know that they did not even try to clean these areas. Maria, we checked out and I asked you to say what needed to be done, because your house was very large and as long as we stayed 3 hours cleaning something here to escape, despite being a move out, you have to specify and pay for some other things like cleaning inside cabinets, but even if we did not pay for issk, we cleaned ourselves, the stove and the oven ended up with 1 bottle of cleaned ovens, but the dirt that there was was so big that it was not with only once that removes it, we thoroughly clean everything inside the possible, but remember we are cleaners and we do not make renovations, because some things needed of its establishment and not cleaning.
Fran came cleaned our rental house after we moved out. She did a phenomenal job. Our refrigerator looked brand new after she was done with it. And the rest of the house was amazing! We would have her come clean again without hesitation!Aug 4, 2018Verified
