- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in bundle pricing, it saves you money, delivers the best value and makes it easy to book with us :) We're aiming for major growth this year so for a limited time we're offering a ridiculously good discount for first time bookings, just ask us for details and we'll take care of you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication builds a great relationship. We'll follow through on your inquiry with a request to meet over a call or facetime before so we can introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have. A good amount of clients we work with have never booked a Photo Booth before so we'll happily walk you through the process, explain any details and provide you with a quote shortly after the call. Our ultimate goal is to have an engaging conversation that builds excitement and trust so don't be shy, let's chat :)
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Although we believe everyone's event is special and unique we have a special place in our hearts for the relationship we foster with UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland. One of our mission statements to contribute to a cause that impacts our local community. Along with the JTA foundation we donate our services throughout the year to Children's Oakland. Our most recent event was held at their local Boys and Girls club where we hosted our Easter themed photo booth for low income and special needs families. We've gotten to know many of the volunteers and kids who attend over the year so each event brings us a sense of accomplishment and pride that we cherish beyond monetary value.
