- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to custom tailor each quote based on the clients requirements which gives them the most value for their entertainment dollar. We can usually tailor a package to fit almost any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are no "re-takes" in executing a successful event, the job has to be done right, the first time. We approach all projects by first finding out what the client envisions for their event. Each client and each event are unique and our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with memories that will last a lifetime. To that end we always begin with a phone conversation and written questionnaire. If needed, we will schedule an in-person meeting where we can review themes, colors, custom backgrounds, etc. and like to meet with our clients at the event venue prior to the actual event. This helps us get a feel for the location and atmosphere and ensures that your guests will have a fun, memorable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family run business with local roots and community involvement. We have decades of experience with the technical and aesthetic aspects of event photography.
