- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer flat fee pricing based on a per-project basis. All projects are broken down into phases and payment is made when a phase is completed. All projects require a 35% deposit to start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We begin with a face to face meeting, so we can become acquainted with you and your business. Once we have an idea of your product or service, audience, and business philosophy, we will schedule a time, fitting to both our schedules. There, we will discuss basic design concepts such as fonts, styles, color schemes, etc. and should take between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Once we have that information, we will develop wireframes (website blueprints) to review and ensure we're on the same page in terms of content, style, etc. We'll then develop the website on our own development servers (only accessible by you) and meet with you to review any potential changes that need to be made. After the list of changes has been documented, we'll complete those revisions and meet a second time to review any further changes that need to be made. We'll then submit the website for final review and you'll have one more opportunity to review our work before signing off and approving the website to "go-live".
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with a broad range of clients. A few of them include: - non-profit charitable organizations - financial firms - contractors - legal practices - home inspectors - tech startups - tech companies with revenue streams in the millions per year - life coaches - office furniture suppliers
