- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the lowest in the area, but it is also not the most expensive. My pricing is all inclusive and in the event of a change order that is due to unexpected problems that we could not see, you will only pay for materials and labor, I do not make any money on those.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial information gathering meeting where we discuss design ideas and style choices. we measure the space and discuss different options for materials and layout. I then create a 3D drawing and an all inclusive quote, which I present to you in a second appointment in your home, along with material choices within your budget. We fine tune the contract and sign when/if both parties are satisfied. The day the project starts we like to have all or most of the materials on hand, so that the project runs smoothly and there aren't any unnecessary delays. We are on site every day during the week, and update you daily with progress and what to expect next.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with design and helping customers achieve their dream space while working for another company.
