CIS (Computer Information Systems) degree from Penn state University, and over 6 years as a IT Specialist, and 4 years of a Quality Assurance Specialist.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by going to Penn State University for a CIS (Computer Information Systems) degree. Once out of school I worked a wind tower company, a crane company, a biogenetic company, and now the largest international banking company in the world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone and anyone. I do not judge anyone asking for help or assistance with a technology issue. Today's technology moves so fast and changes everyday, so I understand when people need help.
