- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take pride in tailoring each cleaning to the individual customer's needs, expectations, and specific areas of concern. When possible, I like to discuss these while walking the home so that the customer's expectations and minimum standards are clear. I also inform all my new customers that my service includes a satisfaction guarantee, in which I am happy to return within 24 hours of the original service and correct anything that might have been missed or that the customer might have forgotten to mention in the initial consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of combined experience cleaning homes and businesses. I have a growing, loyal base of residential customers and have been chosen by apartment/condo communities throughout central Florida to prepare homes for new tenants based on my attention to detail, my satisfaction guarantee, and my value-driven pricing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about having a clean and organized life. I believe that a clean environment is key to living with less stress and more happiness. I discovered that friends and family would feel more productive and experience less stress when I would clean for them. I also found that I actually enjoyed being able to contribute to someone's life in such a positive way and decided to offer my services to others in order to share these benefits.
