Movers showed up on time. They were pleasant but very slow. One of the two movers seemed new and spent most of his time slowly wrapping everything. Thank you Paul for your feedback in regards to your move and I apologize if you feel your move didn't go as quickly as you anticipated it to. It is our policy to wrap the furniture to provide the best care possible of not damaging anything during the process. I also apologize for the damage to your wall, this was not mentioned to me and if you send in any expenses incurred to repair it, we will take care of it for you. If the repairs have not been done, please let me know and I will have that taken care of.
They arrived early, were very cordial and super willing to help with everything. I was very concerned about moving my furniture, but they were super careful and everything arrived perfectly to my new place! I highly recommend them! :) no hidden fees, everything they told me was just how it was at the end!
