- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price per session changes depending on the package size you buy. 1x per week training will be cheaper than 3x per week training but 1x per week will have a higher price per session. Likewise, a 3 month package will have a higher session rate than a 12 month package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be to get you into Xperience Fitness for a free consultation with myself. You don't need to be a member for this but you will need to be if you decide to invest you time and money into me. Once we get your training package set up you will receive your supplements as well as you MYZONE heart rate monitor and we'll get your first real sessions scheduled!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine and a Masters Degree in Sports Performance. I also have my CrossFit Level 1 certification and my National Strength and Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer Certification. Also, I take time each day to learn on my own and try and master my craft using info from some of the best professionals in the industry.
