Introduction: Hello! My name is Greg and I am a Personal Trainer at Xperience Fitness in Appleton, Wisconsin. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Sports Performance. I have experience working with Division 1 athletes, CrossFit athletes and injury prevention and rehab. I train all types of clients but specialize is athletes, injuries and weight loss. I enjoy being able to actually make a direct positive difference in people's lives and seeing how much joy they have when reaching their goals.

Greg Herceg is a fabulous trainer/PT specialist. I say PT specialist in that he applies his knowledge of the human form to resolve any and all issues regarding bodily movement and the lack thereof. Both my husband and myself have undergone PT Doctor visits, but with Greg's knowledge, we haven't had to revisit the PT doctors since he took charge of our training sessions, almost a year ago. It is quite remarkable Greg's ability to hone in on a muscle, ligament, or joint, ailment, and within 2 or 3 weeks the pain is a thing of the past. In my case, I had an IT Band problem with one of my legs. Now, it is no longer a problem. Within a month and a half, I was feeling no pain. And now, almost 12 months later it is gone. With my husband it was Plantar Fasciitis. After a month of working out with Greg, he is "cured". What did Greg do for us to achieve relief from our aches and pains? It was simple. We just went to the Xperience Fitness Gym for a classes with him on a weekly basis. He takes over from there with exercises using a wide variety of equipment offered at the gym. All we do is follow his instructions for each exercise he includes in our workouts. He also, watches us constantly to ensure that we are doing his workouts properly. After 45 minutes under his supervision, we are a bit tired but feeling so much better in every way. He is definitely knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession. And there has never been a time in this past year that we didn't receive a stellar workout, to resolve any aches and pains that may spring up, as well as making us feeling refreshed, energetic and ready to take on the day.

I am a seventy year old man still working at my technical and engineering consulting career. My business requires a lot of travel every week and a good deal of physical and mental stress. I have been using trainers at gyms for about four years. This is to keep my physical body in shape. Having had some serious strains and miner injuries from work and from working out I sought out a way to increase my cardio capacity and keep my body flexible and strong while I got older. I observed Greg Herceg working as my trainer and was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge about my concerns and the needs of my physical well being. He has been my trainer for about a year and I have been very satisfied with his program and his flexibility to meet the challenges of dealing with my needs. I have been able to over come plantar fasciitis and some back strains while he was working with me and was always helpful in being sensitive and knowledgeable about my bodies function and structure. I also observed his capacity to deal with an elderly in law Aunt who had serious medical problems and help her with improving her overall health while dealing with her physical issues. I highly recommend him as a Trainer.

I started working with Greg two months ago. Greg is well-educated, intelligent, professional, good-natured and friendly. He has a thorough understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, training, and the anatomy of the muscles and body. With his knowledge he was able to tailor exercises to help reduce my chronic sciatic nerve pain. Within weeks I noticed significant improvement. Greg makes every session challenging. He is attentive and makes certain that my technique is correct to avoid injuries and to maximize results. My upper body and core strength have increased noticeably. I am also having fun and I look forward to my workouts. I thoroughly enjoy working Greg and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

My trainer, Greg Herceg, is great. He motivates me to keep going even when I think I can't anymore. When I first started I was weak and not confident in myself. Greg was supportive with my goals, he wrote up a plan, despite my pain issues, and we started nailing it. He pushes you but not in a mean name calling way, just a simple way that makes me come back every week to work with him. He is knowledgeable in exercise, training and nutrition and 26 lbs and 8 inches later I feel great again. He answers questions, even off the clock, helps when it's needed and is very flexible with his schedule. I am where I am today because if the way he makes me feel about my body again. Thank you Greg!

Greg took over my program because he was very knowledgable about clients that have back and hip issues and also that I had had a stroke which left my left side very weak. He designed a program that not only increased my all over strength but consentrated on my left side, back and hip. The sessions are intense and well planned out. Greg has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and he is constantly creating new challenges. He does a great job of supporting me and he is there by myside to make sure I do the routines correctly. I am feeling stronger than ever and I always walk out the door with a feeling of accomplishment. Can't thank him enough!
