- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do custom packages for each client after talking with them on the phone, email, and/or after they fill out our questionnaire (found under our about section on our facebook page)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to get to know you over the phone, in person, and over email to understand your story, understand what you value about photography, for you to get to know us, and for us to carefully plan out our exciting time of photographing you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photojournalism in college. Photography and photojournalism training starting in 2004. Conferences and classes. Daily learning through online training and listening to photography classes every day while we edit photographs.
