Introduction: Enjoy a therapeutic massage for body, mind, and spirit.... I integrate Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy (hot towels), Reiki, and Tibetan singing bowls for a deep healing experience that will leave you feeling grounded and nurtured. I address chronic muscle tensions through deep tissue, Myofascial release, or mobile cupping techniques. Using healing therapies where there are blockages helps to address holding patterns and allows the body to release and heal. I offer a safe space where you can relax, release and rejuvenate. Massage is a dynamic exchange between therapist and client, involving the client’s awareness and ability to release. It brings me great joy to give healing massage sessions and see people benefit with greater ease, self awareness and relaxation. Additional offerings: Prenatal and postnatal massage, easing the effects of pregnancy and healing for postpartum. Instruction in Infant Massage - Parents, learn to massage your baby and create a special bonding time that helps your baby integrate and thrive! Infant massage is an ancient tradition in many cultures and has numerous benefits for babies, including - colic relief, increased immunity, nervous system development, increased IQ, motor development. Infant massage sets a foundation of security for the child, enhancing their confidence and empathy as they grow. Private yoga sessions - learn alignment to ease chronic conditions, strengthen and increase joint mobility. Breath work to calm the nervous system and meditation techniques. I love doing private yoga sessions working one on one with people and seeing them overcome injury and limitations and find new awareness and freedom in their bodies.
