- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While every job can vary. We work hard to stay at competitive prices, or below.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out of the way to make customers feel comfortable. We know at times, we will be invading their normal routines, and feel like we are living with them. So we want everyone to be assured, that we work both professionally and timely, to get them back to normal life as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have a minimum of 5 years, and upwards of 25 or more years experience. We stay up to date with new procedures, and building codes, as well.
