- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I come out and will meet a client and give them a quote. More often then not I need to start by booking a 'detail' cleaning day for Clients that want recurring services. Each property and need is different, therefore each estimate is as well. Also it can depend if I am bring equipment and products needed for the job or are they providing them. How often they want to be on my schedule,... ect. *I can easily get you an Estimate over the phone through a conversation, and asking a few questions. Then I can meet you at the location, give you a bid and get started! I can also provide several references! At times we can discuss the situation over the phone and get started for you quickly if need be!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
***** I would like to note that my Client's privacy is very important to me. I do not post before and after pictures for this reason. I do have several references available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally needed to hire people for these exact jobs,.... it was very difficult to find Quality people who were consistent. The people who were outstanding, professional, consistent, ECT. often stayed booked or quit over time from the field. I realized there was a need in our area for more. Although I am just now expanding my Client base, and providing services on a full time basis, I have 15 years of Professional Experience!! Growing and expanding Bliss Services to serve our area with Quality, Consistancy, and Care is my passion!
