We were desperate to have the screeching noise in our boiler from our 1927 home fixed on a Sunday morning. Ivan was out in under an hour from our talk time exactly at the time he suggested he would be there. Others I spoke to gave a potentially gloomy out look as to what it might be but he simply checked it out did the minimum amount needed to get the job done we were charged exactly what we were quoted not a penny more. He even checked for safety matters that weren't on the radar it made it much safer (CO levels!). Thank you Ivan! We will call you yearly now for maintenance instead of the emergency repairs.
