- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge by the hour for local work according to our tariff. Our rates are also listed in full on our website. For interstate work we provide flat-rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a lengthy questionnaire so we can get all of the details. Once we've collected the addresses, inventory, and their details Ezekiel the owner of the company reviews them and writes and submits a time & materials estimate for the job. If someone has lived in a place for more than 10 years, needs packing or is crossing a state line, we conduct an on-site survey. Once the customer approves the quote we put them in our schedule, assign them a crew, procure parking permits and send a confirmation by email. Two days before the move we send an additional confirmation and on the day of we show up and do an excellent job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in software development and computer programming. This has provided me with a mental framework with which to evaluate our service and process which leads to a consistent and thorough approach.
