- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, We use a program that is nationally recognized throughout the insurance industry, which enables us to discuss scope of work with insurance companies or home owners based on industry standard pricing for their individual zip code. This pricing is updated on a monthly basis in order to ensure that all pricing is current and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer immediately in order to coordinate a site visit, which in emergency situations can be as fast as 45 minutes. All initial inspections to determine the scope of work to be completed are 100% complimentary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation. We also have extensive knowledge of the insurance industry which enables us to better assist our customers and sometimes prevent them from coming out of pocket for any expenses besides for their deductible.
