I’ve had a an absolute great experience working with Jason for the last 4 months. I started in February with low self esteem and several areas I really needed to focus on that were causing problems keeping me at the gym. Several surgeries and stability issues with my shoulder were the worst. 4 months in and my shoulder feels better than it did before I injured it, I’ve dropped 10% in body fat, my energy has significantly increased and I honestly look forward to going to the gym again. Well worth the money and time. I strongly recommend hiring Jason if you haven’t found someone yet. I would like to also point out that he didn’t kill me right at the start. I have a had a great time! Jason is very knowledgeable in both fitness and general mobility. The goal of this is for us to sit down and talk and truly get to know one another to see if we'd be an great fit. Next, we'll dive into your fights and frustrations to get a better understanding on what exactly I need to help with to get you to your goals! From this, we'll devise an gameplan to achieve exactly what your looking to accomplish. There is no cookie cutter program here.. Everything will be completely tailored and personalized around YOUR body, YOUR goals, and most importantly YOUR movement!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm Certified through the National Academy of Sports medicine, with an specialization in Fitness nutrition, and Corrective exercise.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always had a huge passion for fitness, and I wanted to learn more about what happens with your body when you do certain movements and have issues such as mine.
