- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base the price off the individual needs of the customer and the type of account, square footage, employee density, and number of restrooms, break rooms, and offices. We visit the account and discuss all pricing options and variables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to discuss the specific needs of the customer and generate a individualized proposal based off what the customer wants. Once we are hired, our Operations team sets up an appointment with the customer to deliver a welcome package and have you meet the crew. We then perform routine follow-ups to ensure quality of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All personnel go through extensive training on cleaning and customer service.
