About this pro
Been working with Zack for 2 weeks and although my booty hates it, I’m loving it and she will eventually forgive me for having Zack help get her back into those size 2 J Brand jeans. If you’re looking for someone who knows his stuff and is an absolute pleasure to work with, this is the place to be.Aug 19, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sessions are $40.00 each and they generally run an hour long but can go over if the program for that day needs to be finished. I want you to get results and not just watch the clock until its time to go. There are no discounts or packages available. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service that you will receive. Nutritional programming can be an added at an additional cost or it will be provided if you regularly train 3 days a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Complimentary training session so the client can experience the training and service they would receive before deciding if they want to purchase sessions and continue training. There are no contracts and you can pay week to week if you so choose to. Please come prepared to work hard if you truly want to change your life for the better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 17 years working as a strength coach/personal trainer with all types of people from 5 year olds all the way up to 83 year olds. From athletes to the most basic novice beginner that has never worked out a day in there life. I've been in some form of competition most of my life and I bring all of those experiences to help you achieve your goal if its to simply feel, look and live a better quality of life or to get up on stage and compete in a certain sport.
