I could not be happier with the services provided by this amazing lady. She absolutely went above and beyond what anyone should expect of a cleaning service. She worked around issues as they appeared and did everything she could to make sure that my house was as clean as it could be. I cannot reccomend her highly enough. This particular gentleman contacted me regarding the clean of his 2 bed 2 bath apartment. His main concern was dust. In the process of trying to schedule I had a family emergency and moved the date of his clean. For that, I discounted his clean. I arrived at 3:25. I was scheduled for 3, however was stuck in traffic due to the rain. I called the costumer well in advance with my eta and explained I was stuck behind an accident. Knowing that his main concern was dust,I dust his blinds individually by hand in every room, I dusted accessable baseboards with out charging extra. I saved vacuuming till the very end to allow as much dust to settle as possible. Before vacuuming I touched up spots where dust had settled after the first round of dusting. I did not leave the gentlemen’s apartment until 8:20pm. I was very detailed and thorough. I’m original corresponding messages I told him the type of vacuum I had and gave him the opportunity to research it before booking with me. If he felt his vacuum was better, I would have used it upon his request. However he did not do that.

As owner of Maids of Perfection, i do my absolute best to work with customers as much as i can when it comes to price. Discounts will be applied to additional cleans after the initial clean. Military, law enforcement , and fire will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?upon receiving your request, i will contact you via thumbtack and gather additional information about your home. I will schedule a walk though or have you send me pictures of the condition of the home. From there we will book a cleaning. I send between 2 and 3 cleaners. Unless a special request is made, we bring all supplies needed!
