I could not be happier with the services provided by this amazing lady. She absolutely went above and beyond what anyone should expect of a cleaning service. She worked around issues as they appeared and did everything she could to make sure that my house was as clean as it could be. I cannot reccomend her highly enough. This particular gentleman contacted me regarding the clean of his 2 bed 2 bath apartment. His main concern was dust. In the process of trying to schedule I had a family emergency and moved the date of his clean. For that, I discounted his clean. I arrived at 3:25. I was scheduled for 3, however was stuck in traffic due to the rain. I called the costumer well in advance with my eta and explained I was stuck behind an accident. Knowing that his main concern was dust,I dust his blinds individually by hand in every room, I dusted accessable baseboards with out charging extra. I saved vacuuming till the very end to allow as much dust to settle as possible. Before vacuuming I touched up spots where dust had settled after the first round of dusting. I did not leave the gentlemen’s apartment until 8:20pm. I was very detailed and thorough. I’m original corresponding messages I told him the type of vacuum I had and gave him the opportunity to research it before booking with me. If he felt his vacuum was better, I would have used it upon his request. However he did not do that.
Sarah and Daniel were amazing. They arrived promptly and worked non-stop to make our house look amazing. When I say they worked non-stop, I mean non-stop. At one point, my wife went to check on the work upstairs and discovered Daniel scrubbing the shower pan. Even woven is not cleaned. That’s basic and kitchen sink and stove I have asked to clean. I asked her to drive safe and take her time to reach. I never pressured or questioned for coming late. You choose to give discount. I did not even ask for discount for changing the dates. My request is make sure the vacuum works and house is clean. That’s my priority of coming to Thunbtack and looking for a maid. For $115 I have to give my vacuum for cleaning is useless for hiring some one for cleaning. I would have done it myself. It is not how long time is spent in cleaning the apartment. It is how much clean the apartment is the purpose of hiring the maid.May 5, 2018Verified

As owner of Maids of Perfection, i do my absolute best to work with customers as much as i can when it comes to price. Discounts will be applied to additional cleans after the initial clean. Military, law enforcement , and fire will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?upon receiving your request, i will contact you via thumbtack and gather additional information about your home. I will schedule a walk though or have you send me pictures of the condition of the home. From there we will book a cleaning. I send between 2 and 3 cleaners. Unless a special request is made, we bring all supplies needed!
