Hi Megan, initial cleanings take longer and total time and cost is related to dirtiness and clutter factors not size . After the first cleaning the time and cost will come down and if you clean frequently it will be a 75 dollar one hr job. Sorry about the bad experience but hope you will try us again and see the costs will come down. I will authorize a 25 dollars off your next cleaning too.

Be better prepared for job and clear on costs. A photo was included in job request, and it was made clear this was a two-story home that needed the entire siding powerwashed. Worker showed up without a ladder and no knowledge of job needs. Afterwards, worker tried to charge more than agreed upon price. Had to call boss to explain disappointment and previously agreed upon price. Worker meant well and did the job as he was capable, but he did not show up prepared and unaware of previous commitments. Still was unable to powerwash upper portion of home because the ladder WE provided wasn't tall enough.Oct 19, 2017VerifiedMia G.'s reply
