- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a phone call to introduce myself and get to know a customer. Then email with more details depending on the situation. Then set up a mutual time/date for service to be executed.

As a IT professional I currently hold A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always like computers. Eventually I wanted to expand my knowledge outside of just computer hardware and became really familiar with all aspects of networking including infrastructure and security.
