- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A catering for a dinner party of approximately 100 people. It was a very intricate menu that included duck, lamb, stuffed salmon, handmade dumplings, and many other accompanying dishes. It took one day of prep the day before the event, and one day of cooking the day of the evening event.
