I’m in the middle of selling my house and Joe was very kind to mow the yard on a one-time basis. He was very responsive and did a great job. I’ll definitely keep him in mind for future jobs!

Update: No show/no response after a decent working relationship from August until the middle of September 2018. Not sure what happened since he never called back and never wrote back. I also know that some of the tenants or someone did not always clean up after their dog pooped, so maybe that is why he quit. However, last month, I was notified of three pickets from the bottom of the of our wrought iron fence that are broken. Maybe, maybe not. When using a lawn mower, I could see that happening. I am not sure if that is related, but what a coincidence. I still think his work quality is great, however since he never called or wrote me back to talk to me about quitting, I give him a lesser rating than before. It's not professional action on his part, to not respond or quit properly in person, in writing or a phone call. My original post from August 2018: I had a very good experience working with Mower Joe. I plan to use his service if he is available.

Our first thought was why pay someone to groom our lawn when we can do it ourself? The answer is easy, we now come home from work on a hot day to a beautifully groomed lawn at the cost of a meal. The pricing listed is a general listing for an average service. I am available to give an onsite estimate if the customer is not sure what they have. The weekly service is always a discounted price from biweekly or one time. I offer word of mouth referral discounts to current customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible and want the new customer to be comfortable with the process. I often meet with a new customer before service to discuss their expectations in order to provide excellent service.
