- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After sending a bid, I like to have a phone or in-person conversation with the client to ascertain whether we have a good fit, since the client-professional relationship is so important to establishing trust. Once we have an agreement on deadlines, vision and scope, I get started immediately and give check-ins along the way to ensure compliance with client expectations and to clear up any misunderstandings that might emerge along the way.

I have a BA in Film from the University of Utah and nearly a decade of experience in video production.
