- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge for providing values.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please send us photos first! Front, back, signature and paperwork with dimensions. We recommend taking the photos during daylight hours without flash. If you have glass on your item, take the shot at an angle. There is no charge to send us photos of your property. We want to make sure your property is indicative of our services. Fees are not based on the value of your property.
