Mr. Yocum came to my house and evaluated my printer. His technical knowledge and ability to communicate details are both excellent. He helped me make informed decisions. He went beyond what I expected, as he explained the repair options. He then purchased and installed a new printer, all while explaining details and enhancing the printers features. He showed respect and care, as he assured my understanding of options. He also helped me make decisions by patiently understanding my specific quirks.

Everything I do is flexible. I want to work with you to find the price that fits your needs and also is within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new costumer I first want to find what will best fit each individual's needs and then work to fulfill them to the best of my ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have grown up with the technology and because it gives me the unique ability to work with it with ease. I am currently enrolled in college courses on track for a computer engineering degree.
