- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My organizational fee is $45 per hour. Each session is customized to fit your needs and your schedule. Sessions last from 3-7 hours and are usually completed Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Evening and weekend sessions can be accommodated if desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are three steps when working with POOF. First, we discover. I come to your home for a free Discovery Session and view the areas you're struggling with. We'll discuss what is and isn't working and what your goals are. I'll offer solutions and tips to make the space function best for your needs. Next, we take action. I'll declutter and organize your space. I'll devise a system that is most efficient for the way you live your life. Creating spaces that enable you to be more productive and less stressed will give you more time for the things you love. Finally, we maintain. After living in your new space, we'll schedule time to review your system. If there's anything that needs to be tweaked, we'll adjust it to fit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional Organizing is a relatively new industry and currently there is no such thing as a licence for Professional Organizers. There are however, many social networks, online training groups, podcasts, book, articles and other resources that I utilize in order to stay up to date on current industry trends, guidelines and expectations.
