Incredible service! I had a mini-emergency with this big fireplace that didn't get removed by the original demolition team yesterday. It was 13 years old, and not working well and situated in such an awkward place in the kitchen/nook. You can see that if it were fully framed out, it would block the beautiful view! So I needed it taken out. And I wanted it removed as soon as possible in order to keep my flooring man on schedule. Ryan communicated with me through Thumbtak, and sent Andy to my home. These guys are true professionals, they came same-day which I wasn't expecting. The price was very fair, especially considering the amount of time spent doing this. They didn't take long at all to do it. Texted me with updates and pictures when I asked. The crew cleaned up afterwards and took special care of the gas line (even leaving the premises to go and get the correct cap for the gas line). They also removed the unit from my house (all included in the price). I am so happy that I Thumbtacked this project and mainly that I chose this company.Jun 2, 2018Verified
ASFC was great to work with for having our gas stove installed. Their estimate was reasonable and work was done professionally. Ryan was extremely helpful and honest, making sure we were aware of other potential hazards on our property. We would hire them again.Mar 16, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is average to low per the local industry. We always have our ear to the ground to find out what's going on in he industry as far as pricing goes. We offer discounts for seniors, veterans and first responders and we always maximize savings for our everyday customers to get them the best value. We love this state and don't believe in gouging our customers with ridiculous pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will typically perform a free in home estimate for our customers. We need to get our eyes on the location to make sure that the job is something we feel comfortable doing and we need to make sure it's going to be both safe and affordable for our customers. After our onsite, we provide our customers with a detailed, itemized estimate. Once our customers approve an estimate, they pay for the material to get on our installation calendar and then pay the balance for labor once our job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was running gas line and doing grunt work for my uncle when I was still in High School back in the 90's. I've done almost every job imaginable in this industry. With this particular industry, there is no substitute for experience.
