What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Clinical Research, Psychology, Business, and Health Education. I am currently studying Data Science and Neuroscience because I can't help myself. However, what should be important to my clients is not the degrees I have, but my focus on discovery. I learn because I have an insatiable desire to understand the world and I teach because I have an insatiable desire to share the world.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First you need to have an idea of your desired end state. You won't know if you've gotten what you needed (notice I didn't say WANTED) unless you can pinpoint where you'd like to be in your life or business or organization at the conclusion of the services rendered.
