- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each buyer and seller are different and have different needs, so it's hard to quantify until I have a full scope of the buyer or sellers' needs. For buyers, commissions are paid by the sellers so typically there is no cost to them for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening, educating and executing on a plan they feel comfortable with at a pace that fits their schedule.
