We removed some decorative columns and that exposed raw wood flooring “squares”. It was a challenge to find a contractor to come out for such a small job. Navid came out and had an immediate plan to finish those areas. While he couldn’t promise to match the existing floor shade (the floor is about 30 years old and a dark brown) he said he’d try to get 70-80% match. On the day of the work they arrived on time and got right to work. They were very neat and professional. Within a few hours they had sanded the flooring area and started applying stain. It took a few tries as they blended a few stain shades to get as close as they could. When they felt they couldn’t get closer, Navid showed us the results and then applied polyurethane to complete the job. While they didn’t get a perfect match, we certainly appreciate the effort and we no longer have bare floor spots in our living room.

I hired Navid to add trim to our Powder Room, replace the fireplace mantel with a new style and mount TV above with new electrical outlet. It was a four day job, which was longer than I expected, but worth it because the attention to detail was exceptional. He communicated at every step, presented solutions to any hiccups and executed my vision perfectly. His colleague was meticulous with every piece of trim, drywall and paint. I would absolutely hire Navid and his team again.
