FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately I do not have a standard pricing system, It all depends on the individual needs of each project. Location, distance traveled, equipment, assistants, availability, amount of post production and time involved all effect the pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask simply; who, what, when and where. Followed by how many final images and what budget we are working within. After coming to a agreement I meet my clients at the studio, on location, their home or office. Most sessions are 1.5 to 2 hours including setup and breakdown. WARNING: Laughter and high fives happen frequently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience, hands on experience and more hands on experience. I also have a Ph.D in youtube tutorials, lol. Seriously I wish I had a counter of the thousands of hours I have studied tips, techniques and how to videos honing my craft.
