Introduction: I listen more than I talk. I understand that my job is to find out what my clients goals are, and then educate them on how best to reach those goals. Together we formulate a plan, I execute the plan by doing what I say I will do, communicate with them regularly, course correct as needed, tell them the truth even when it's hard and conduct myself in the trustworthy and professional way that they expect of me. I study the market constantly to sharpen my negotiating skills and stay proactive in anticipating road blocks and solving problems that may arise quickly and efficiently. I work well with others even the most challenging of circumstances to deliver the best results to my clients because it is never about me, or my ego it is always about them.
I enjoy taking the knowledge that I have about the real estate market, from helping buyers and sellers with re-sale properties, to builders and investors make solid decisions on how best to use their current resources to build wealth over time. My job is educating, analyzing the data and presenting it in common sense terms that allow people to feel secure that they are making a solid decision by becoming a home owner, for the first time, or for the 50th time for regular investors. I have a passion for helping people understand at all stages in their lives that investing wisely in real estate is still the best way for middle class people to build wealth. It is what allowed me to get a great college education and when I see the light bulb turn on for people, that moment that they really see the potential that they have access to, that makes me excited for them.
