- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most all projects are estimated based on an hourly rate which helps our clients budget the work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation with new inquiries to get to know them and find out what their specific needs are. We provide a written estimate of the work required and costs involved. We will then schedule our first work day. Depending on the type of assistance needed, we may break the work out over a couple of days or weeks, especially for preparing for a move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in marketing and design. I have bought and sold hundreds of homes in my career and know how to evaluate a home's key strengths. I currently teach weekly meditations and have lead various workshops over the past 20 years. This contributes to me bringing a sense of calm and clarity to my work. With over 10 years of organizing and moving experience our clients receive seasoned expertise to each job.
