FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first appointment is a little bit of a mixture. It will start with an interview to ascertain what your goals are and if there are any underlying conditions we need to treat or at least take into consideration when developing a plan. The rest of the visit will be doing a variety of tests to see what your starting point is. After that, everyone will get something to start with at home until the next visit. All future appointments will be lots of exercise, education, and hopefully fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a doctor of physical therapy and one of only a few therapists with a board specialty in orthopedics. I'm also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. All of these put me in a unique ability to help people reach a wide variety of goals including (but not limited to): pain relief, weight-loss, improved strength/speed/endurance/agility, etc. My background gives me a unique insight in how to help a lot of different type of people reach a lot of different types of goals that not many people can offer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from 10-96 years old. I've worked with people new to exercise looking to lose weight, post-surgical patients, professional athletes looking to improve their conditioning, and everything in between.
