Introduction: We are a food truck and catering service specializing in whole animal cuisine and heritage southern cookery, we also teach cooking and butchering classes. We are focused on highly sustainable practices including sourcing from local farms and producers, recycling, composting and other practices that lower our environmental footprint i.e. Solar panels, and a flex fuel generator on the food truck! I enjoy introducing people to new foods as well a interpreting old classics. I also enjoy finding ways to reduce waste and minimize our businesses foot print!
