If you're serious to get in shape, contact Gus. He is extremely professional as well as patient in showing the proper way to do each exercise and how to use the machines. I always dreaded the gym but he made it fun and somehow the time always passed quickly. I was always challenged in order to get the most of my workout. Thanks to Gus I no longer dread exercising!
