Meal Plan: - I provide a flexible eating meal plan for those who need to fine tune their eating habits. Group Support: - Group chat (Our support for you and your goals does not stop once class is over, and since nutrition is the most important aspect for reaching any fitness goal, you will have access to me and others who are also on this journey for better health. The group chat is a NON JUDGEMENTAL place to discuss food. With the use of text, pictures and video, we share ideas about food and nutrition. We do this so people have constant support once the workout is over to stay motivated and focused on individual goals. Educating clients about structuring workouts, how to perform exercises correctly and about what to eat before and after training. Increasing a persons comfort level in the gym helps them stick to a fitness plan longer.

I have been apart of Be your visions for a couple of months now and I love it! Thomaal is the instructor/trainer and he is awesome. He makes sure that we use the correct forms and techniques while we workout and also explains which exercises workout certain muscles. We talk about our eating habits as well which is a bonus. I have been seeing results and they just keep getting better! We have alot of fun and improve ourselves while working out! #I❤beyourvisions
