Introduction: At Grassroots Healing Services, we specialize in deep tissue, myofascial and swedish/relaxation techniques, and believe in co-created treatments that are holistic, co-created and highly effective. We take into account all possible causes of pain INCLUDING, but not limited to - lifestyle, emotional and physical issues to find the ROOT cause of the problem (not always where the pain is showing up) and take our time to thoroughly address your concerns. Goals for each session are discussed beforehand, and massages are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. We take care to establish a foundation of trust and communication, and do our best to bring you therapeutic relief that never goes beyond your pain tolerance or comfort zone. Grassroots massages also utilize music as part of the healing process, and offers a variety of customized, hand-selected musical playlist options for your session. After the session, we will discuss a follow-up plan for treatment, and do our best to support you in getting any additional services you might need.
