FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving some basic information about square footage and site conditions from our customers, we try to give them a general Estimate and if it is within their budget, we usually arrange to meet to provide them an exact price. We also bring a color Sherwin Williams pallet guide with more than 1,500 color options to help our customers to choose a color they like. In addition to this, through a software, we can show to our customers what their house will look. The customer usually provides the paint and pays 50% of our service cost before starting the job and the other 50% after we finish the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in this industry for a large New England painting company for 5 years + which gave us plenty of experience. We have LEAD PAINT and EPA Certifications.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should never be looking for a contractor only based on price. Jobs that are not done well can cause of lot of hassle to fix and sometimes incur more expensive than hiring a contractor that charges a bit more but provides quality work. Customers should always try to work with professional contractors with good communication and provides them exact numbers before starting the project just so they do not have any surprises throughout the project.
