I had our attic insulated. Doug listened to what I had to say and answered my questions. Then he advised on what would be best, but left the decision up to me. He told me that they were busy for the next three weeks, but would put me on the schedule after that, which was fine since I was going on vacation. Richard and Sean came on the day scheduled and at the stated time. They were polite, professional, and efficient. Then Dough came a bit later and checked what was done and answered a few more questions. It went smoother than I thought it would and the price seemed reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Creative Conservation. From their great customer service to the great job they did to make sure my house was well insulated. Our house has a conditioned attic and crawl. Our electric bills have gone down drastically and our house stays much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
