My home office– the desk, the filing system, all my supplies– had been an overwhelming, daunting mess for years. Rebecca’s organizational prowess came as a breath of fresh air! She really listened to me and resolved to personalize our process and cater everything to my lifestyle. The whole time we worked together, she maintained such a positive attitude, which is important when dealing with issues that make most people want to rip their hair out. Her follow-through was amazing; she researched organizational solutions and checked in with me about my progress. By the end of our first session together, my desk was gleaming. By the end of our second session, my home office space was orderly, logical, and manageable. I want her to reorganize my whole house!

Rebecca is an amazing organizer and a super thoughtful and kind person to have around as you go through a move, or a new stage of life. I was seven months pregnant with my first baby, having an extremely difficult pregnancy and was forced to move to a new home, in a new neighborhood. Rebecca went above and beyond to make this transition as easy as possible. She organized our new home, helped my husband built a new office, advised us on art and furniture. She even showed up with tea in her hand. Her smile is infectious, so is her optimist and can-do attitude, on which she fully delivers. Rebecca is wonderful at her job and so easy to work with. She helped me organize PILES of sheet music and gave me a system to organize future music on my own. She was so receptive to all of my questions and concerns; I definitely plan on hiring her again and have been giving her info to all of my friends. Also, her rates are much lower than other organizers of her high caliber.

We follow our ACTiON Plan: Assess, Categorize, Toss, Organize, Neaten. This applies to clients new and recurring and is a helpful guide no matter what the project involves.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all sorts of clients: parents, young professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, photographers, visual artists, performers, writers. No matter what your background, we can cater to your priorities and make organizing a fun experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1) One organizing project tends to lead to another since many aspects of our lives overlap. Have a goal, deadline, and budget in mind which will help you focus and aid in your decision process. 2) Make sure your personality meshes with the organizer you hire. This work gets pretty personal, and you want to like the person taking you through it.
