Nick made a house call on my sick computer. He diagnosed that my problems were from a corrupted software due to faulty update. Before fixing that problem, he fixed a handful of niggling problems that were bothering me--minor glitches that I had learned to work around. He then reset my administrator to make it easier for me to make changes on my own, and started the download on the update I needed. He knew the update would take a long time, so rather than wait and charge me, he gave me instructions on what to do, left his phone and email in case I hit snag and left. The update concluded. Nick was very professional and thorough. He was obviously knowledgable and spoke to me at my level so I knew exactly what we were doing. He helped me to move my iTunes from my Mack to my new windows laptop, upgraded my software, worked with my Gmail, and while we were waiting for my download, he even setup my universal Tv remote, paired a Bose speaker and more!
