I've never gotten to work with Jay Bowers in person. However because of one conversation with Jay about my struggles with working out and my pitiful attempts at a healthy diet - I was energized and motivated to take some very small but powerful steps. Jay sensed that I was really struggling and he knew how to speak the truth to me about my habits while at the same time giving me the encouragement I needed to move forward. He cut to the chase and presented the very lifestyle changes that I needed to make. I hope someday, Jay could work with me in person - I can only imagine the health improvements I could learn with regular coaching from Jay. He's a top quality guy who will listen to you but not allow you to wallow in your excuses. He will give you the tools you need to make changes that will change your life.

Jay gets you results. Yes he's funny and he'll make you laugh, but he can turn a boy into a man or transform you from a weak little baby back to the the ultimate masculine physique. What do you want? He can take you there.

Results matter. I've had personal trainers before but Jay is the first one who made sure I didn't get injured, overwhelmed, or bored while also getting amazing results. I always feel better after working out with Jay, and he also offers excellent advice on nutrition and health in general.

Working with Jay was great. He trained me for two years in which I put on 20 pounds of muscle and broke every personal lifting record. I had a great time lifting with him and he went out of his way to make time available. He would meet me at the track and design speed sessions, at the gym for strength sessions and agility sessions. It was the most successful and fun training experience I have had and if I had not moved to NYC I would still be training with him.
