- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different menus adapted to the majority of budget and needs: Platinum, regular, street Our prices all included except the gratuity at the convenience of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive an email/phone inquiry. We send then an email with all the details about how we work, time arrival, departure, service provided, contracts and invoice. 50% paid to save the date 50% once our job is done The day after the event, we send an email to our customers, to thank them and ask them if everything went well. We use their feedback to continue the good work and improve what we need to improve. It helped us to keep a high quality of service and food.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Crepe master is French, moved to the USA 4 years ago and went to one of the best crepe school in France to learn how to make the best crepes in the world.
