- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If at all I like to actually see what the customer is working on. Being able to talk with them in person and ask what there budget is. I try to be fair with each customer to figure out what is best for them and work within there budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer. Figuring out what it is that they want done within there budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with my father years ago and other people. Learning hands on is the best way I learned.
