FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always suggest to meet in person at the project site to get feel for what the customer wants to accomplish and so that way I can work up a more accurate quote. After I've been on site, I will submit a detailed quote to the customer for review. If they have agreed with the quote, then work begins!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for large businesses and with ordinary people. Every situation is unique and requires a different approach. I typically work with people who are first timers in hiring someone or have had bad experiences with the bigger companies. I find that most people are looking for someone who they can trust to show up on time and get the job finished without sacrificing quality for price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to choose someone that you feel safe knowing that this provider will be in your home and around your family. Sometimes the "cheapest" option isn't always the best due to the character of the provider. As always, check the reviews and meet in person before agreeing on a price and don't be afraid to ask bold questions about the work and what to expect.
